Return & Exchange Policy
At Buy Better PK, we want you to love what you buy. That’s why we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

Supported by a mandatory unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened
We only accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Returns for other reasons are not accepted at this time.
❗ Personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:

Share your order number and the unboxing video

If approved, you'll be given return instructions
Returns must be sent to the address we provide during the process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Fees

A flat return fee of Rs. 100 applies (paid by the customer)

There is no restocking fee
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Refunds
If your return is approved (in rare cases), refunds will be processed to your:

Original payment method, or
-
Bank account if you paid via COD
Refunds are issued within 8 to 15 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at buybetter000@gmail.com.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with the unboxing video so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If your item is damaged or wrong, we’ll gladly exchange it once we receive and verify your return request.
No exchanges are offered for other reasons.
