1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Pakistan. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed.

2. Delivery Partners

We use Leopards Courier for all deliveries across Pakistan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation call before your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Charges vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Your order will be confirmed through a phone call before dispatch. Failure to confirm the call after multiple attempts may result in order cancellation.

7. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly. While we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, we will assist in resolving the issue.

9. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed contact attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
