Welcome to Buy Better Pk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://buybetterpk.com, operated by Buy Better Pk ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any destructive code.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

3. Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the actual colors.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email, phone number, or WhatsApp provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Payment & Order Confirmation

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Orders are confirmed through a phone call before shipping. If the call is not answered after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Shipping

We deliver products only within Pakistan through Leopards Courier. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5000.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, not general returns. You must provide an unboxing video as proof within 7 days of receiving the item.

A return fee of Rs. 100 applies for approved exchanges.

Personal care items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

8. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 8–15 business days and will be credited either to your original payment source or to your bank account in the case of COD orders.

9. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.

10. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of optional third-party tools.

11. Third-Party Links

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, with legal jurisdiction in Vehari.
